Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal (Plaintiff Side)
Location: North Dallas, Texas
Experience: Minimum 3 years Plaintiff PI Litigation
Responsibilities
- Drafting pleadings, motions, and correspondence
- Discovery (interrogatories, requests for production, responses)
- Calendar management and deadline tracking
- Depositions and mediations preparation
- Medical records review and summary
- Trial preparation (exhibits, witnesses, filings)
- Client, expert, and vendor communication
- File organization and Texas rules compliance
Qualifications
- 3+ years plaintiff personal injury litigation experience
- Strong knowledge of Texas civil procedure
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple files in a fast-paced environment
- Strong drafting and scheduling skills
- Independent, reliable, and professional
